The first flow we map in a practice like yours.
This is a change in how your practice works, not an IT project. Partners, managers, staff, procedures and tools move together, and your business targets stay in view from start to finish.
We find out where the practice depends on you, and why.
Together we design how the practice will run, and the order to build it in.
We build it inside the practice, with your team.
We switch to the new way of working, one careful step at a time.
It no longer depends on us, or on you.
For 15 years we have worked inside firms that grew faster than their way of working. In an owner-led practice it usually looks like this: reviews, sign-off and the key client relationships all go through one or two partners, and nobody inside the practice has the time to fix it.
Large consultancies rarely work with practices of this size, software vendors sell tools rather than change, and coaches do not build. We work out what needs to change, and then we build it with your team.
You work with the same senior adviser, from diagnosis to build. We plan around your deadlines, and client data stays in your systems. If you are the bottleneck, we will tell you.
This is finally somebody who makes me feel like I'm not insane and this is possible. Somebody who actually knows what I'm talking about, but knows more than I do.

Definitely, I wouldn't go back [to the old ways of working].

It is when reviews, sign-off and the key client relationships all go through one or two partners. The practice can only grow as far as their hours. It also makes it hard to step back or sell: a buyer will pay less for a practice that only works with you in it, or tie you in for longer.
It is for owner-led accountancy and tax practices of 5 to 200 people where a partner is still the bottleneck: accounts, tax, payroll, bookkeeping and advisory. A quick test: if you stepped away for three months, would the practice be in serious trouble?
Our recent client work is with a boutique law firm, and before that we spent four years in financial services consulting at Accenture. The partner bottlenecks are the same in a practice: review, sign-off, taking on clients and getting paid. We will tell you in the first call if your practice is not a fit, and you can stop after Diagnose.
We sign your confidentiality agreement before we start. We rarely need to see client records. Where we do, we work on your systems and under your rules. No client data goes into any AI tool your practice has not approved.
We start with a free consultation by video, about an hour long. You map where reviews, client work and the back office depend on you, and we help you see what is behind it. You leave knowing what to fix first.
Most of it falls in Diagnose and in the dry run before go-live. Before each stage we tell you the hours we need from you, your partners and your managers. We plan around your deadlines: nothing goes live in January or at your year-end peaks.
The self-assessment and the first consultation are free. Paid work starts with Diagnose. We quote a fee after the consultation, once we both know the size of the problem, and you decide before any work starts. You can stop after Diagnose and keep the report.
Neither. We do not work on your mindset, and we do not sell software or a ready-made system. We build how your practice runs, with your team.
Yes, but only where it is safe and only with tools your practice has approved. We help you set written rules: which tools, for which work, what client data must never go in, and who checks the output. A person makes every decision that matters.

Tell us what is piling up for your review. If we can help, we will say so. If we cannot, we will point you to someone who can.
